Jordan Fletcher is an experienced real estate developer with broad connections in the marketplace of southern Ontario. 


With a background in developing and managing industrial/commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, Jordan Fletcher has deep knowledge and experience of the area’s real estate market. 


Jordan became property manager of Gorge Holdings Inc. in 2006. A real estate investment and development company focused on commercial/retail, residential, and industrial developments in southern Ontario, Gorge Holdings has developments in St. Catharines, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Welland, and London.

After proving himself an effective property manager through managing leases, tenant relations, renovations, rent collection and property maintenance, Jordan became president of the company in 2010. He now oversees the business operations and expanding the company’s portfolio through acquisitions and developing new properties
